How Custom Design Works

Your design, on your garment, without a minimum order.

Here is how a custom order works at CustomHub.

1. Choose your garment

Pick a t-shirt, hoodie, polo or sweatshirt. Choose your colour and size. Every product in our store can be customised.

2. Send us your design

Upload a logo, a photo, artwork, or text — whatever you want printed. PNG, JPG, PDF and SVG all work. Vector files give the crispest result for logos and lettering.

3. We confirm the details

We check your artwork resolution and placement before anything goes to the press. If something will not print well, we will tell you before we print it, not after.

4. We print it

Your design is printed using DTF (direct-to-film) for sharp detail, strong colour and a soft finish that lasts through the wash.

5. Collect or have it shipped

Pick it up at Buckland Hills, Westfarms or Brass Mill Center — often the same day — or have it delivered.

What is included

Our listed prices include two print locations: a left-chest or pocket design, and a large design on the back. There is no extra charge for using both.

Print areas

  • Left chest / pocket: approximately 4" × 4"
  • Full back: approximately 12" × 16" on adult sizes

Artwork tips

  • Send the highest resolution file you have. For a full back print, aim for at least 3600 × 4800 pixels.
  • Transparent PNGs work best — a white box around your logo will print as a white box.
  • Vector formats (SVG, PDF, AI, EPS) scale perfectly and are ideal for logos.
  • Very fine lines and very small text may not hold detail. When in doubt, ask us.
